Thomas Westerman "Tom" Wolf (born November 17, 1948) is an American politician and businessman who is the 47th and current Governor of Pennsylvania, since taking office on January 20, 2015. A Democrat, he defeated Republican incumbent Tom Corbett in the 2014 gubernatorial election. Previously, Wolf served as secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue from April 2007 until November 2008 and as an executive in his family-owned business.
