Antony Fulton "Tony" Plowman (born 21 December 1938) was the Liberal Party of Australia Member for the Electoral district of Benambra in the Legislative Assembly of the Parliament of Victoria, Australia from 1992 to 2006.His education was undertaken at Frankston Primary School (1943–49) and Geelong Grammar School (1950–56).He was elected MLA for Benambra October 1992 and was re-elected in 1996, 1999, and 2002.Prior to his election to Parliament, he had a diverse rural career.
