Troy Findley (born July 11, 1964 in Lawrence, Kansas) was the 48th Lieutenant Governor of Kansas. He was appointed by Governor Mark Parkinson on May 14, 2009 and took office the following day. Findley previously served as chief of staff to Governor Kathleen Sebelius.As lieutenant governor, Findley chaired both the Governor’s Energy Cabinet Team and the Governor’s Recovery Act Advisory Group.
