The United States Army's Family and MWR(Morale, Welfare and Recreation) Programs is a military organization whose primary mission is to provide the United States Army with programs that fulfill and support the Army Family Covenant. The duties of Family and MWR Programs are executed within the Installation Management Command following the deactivation of the Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command on 3 June 2011 in a ceremony at Fort Sam Houston.
