Val Bisoglio (born May 7, 1926 in New York City, New York) is an American character actor primarily known for his work on television. He is probably best known for his recurring role as restaurateur Danny Tovo in the popular series Quincy, M.E. (1976–83). Bisoglio performed in numerous TV series in the 1970s including M*A*S*H,, All in the Family, Barney Miller, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Roll Out, Kojak, Baretta and The Rockford Files. He also appeared as Murf Lupo in The Sopranos.
