Victor P. Whittaker (borne 11 June 1919) is a British biochemist who pioneered the studies on the subcellular fractionation of the brain, isolating synaptosomes and synaptic vesicles from mammalian brain and demonstrating that synaptic vesicles store the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
