Vladimir Aleksandrovich Ryzhkov (Russian: Влади́мир Алекса́ндрович Рыжко́в; born 3 September 1966 in Rubtsovsk) is a Russian historian and liberal politician, a co-chair of political party RPR-PARNAS (since 2006) and former Russian State Duma member (1993–2007), First Deputy Chairmen of the State Duma and the leader of parliamentary group Our Home – Russia. He is a candidate of historical sciences and a professor of the Higher School of Economics.
