Walker Gilmore Site is an archaeological site near Murray, Nebraska.It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1964.In a statement of its significance at the time of its designation, the National Park Service stated:This is a key archaeological site for outling the prehistoric cultural stages represented in the Central Plains, and the type site of the Stearns' Creek Woodland culture for the Plains, probably dating somewhere between 0 and 1000 AD.
