Worth County is a county located in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 21,679. The county seat is Sylvester.Worth County is included in the Albany, GA Metropolitan Statistical Area.The county is called the "Peanut Capital" because of its massive peanut industry.
