wxHexEditor is an open source cross-platform Hex Editor written in C++ and wxWidgets. It can work as low level disk editor too. It uses 64 bit file descriptors (supports files or devices up to 264 bytes). It does not copy the whole file to your RAM. This makes it faster and lets it open very large files.
