Yasu Akino (秋野やす, Akino Yasu, March 1, 1885–February 12, 1999) was a Japanese supercentenarian and the oldest living person in Japan from November 18, 1998 to her death in February 12, 1999. She died at the age of 113 years and 348 days.At the time of her death, Akino was the third oldest living person, behind Sarah Knauss and Annie Jennings.
