Zoé Laboy Alvarado (born September 17, 1964) is a Puerto Rican attorney and public servant. Laboy served as Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from 1997 to 2000. In 2012, she ran an unsuccessful bid to become a senator for the District of San Juan with the New Progressive Party (PNP). As April 2013, she is the frontrunner for Mayor of San Juan for the New Progressive Party, in the 2016 general election.
