100 Times is Avail's first release on Fat Wreck Chords, done so in 1999. It is a re-recording of five songs (plus a recording of one song of which a different recording would appear on their first full-length album for Fat Wreck Chords in 2000, One Wrench) that were originally released on previous Avail full-length albums by Lookout! Records.
