The 1994 French Grand Prix was a Formula One motor race held on July 3, 1994 at the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours near Magny-Cours in France. The race, contested over 72 laps, was the seventh round of the 1994 Formula One season. It was won by Benetton driver Michael Schumacher, who extended his drivers championship lead to 37 points by taking his sixth victory in seven races for the second highest possible points total.
