Abu Dhabi Al Oula (Arabic: أبوظبي الأولى‎) is an Arabic television station that originally launched in 1969 but was re-launched in 2000 and again in 2008. It broadcasts from Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates and is owned by Abu Dhabi Media Company. Although it is a generic channel and not a 24-hour news network, Abu Dhabi TV is famous for its footage of the 2003 Iraq War.Abu Dhabi TV is managed by the United Arab Emirates' largest media group, Abu Dhabi Media Company.
