Addams Family Reunion is a 1998 film based on The Addams Family television series (which was in turn based on the cartoons of Charles Addams). While created mainly for the direct-to-video market, it did premiere first on television on Fox Family. It is not a continuation of the two Paramount Addams Family films from 1991 and 1993, but rather a reboot of the franchise.This film also served as a pilot for Fox Family's then-upcoming series The New Addams Family.
