Adutha Veettu Penn (English: The Girl Next Door) is a 1960 Indian Tamil comedy film, directed by Vedantam Raghavaiah. The film stars Anjali Devi, T. R. Ramachandran and K. A. Thangavelu in the lead. The plot is based on the short story Pasher Bari by Arun Chowdhury. The film was a remake of 1953 Telugu film Pakkinti Ammayi. Successive remakes of the film include Padosan (1969, Hindi), Pakkinti Ammayi (1981, Telugu) and Pakkadmane Hudugi (Kannada).
