Advances in Developing Human Resources is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes papers in the field of human resources, including areas such as performance, learning, and integrity within an organizational context. The editors-in-chief are Susan A. Lynham (Colorado State University) and Kimberly S. McDonald (Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne). It was established in 1999 and is currently published by SAGE Publications.
