Alberta Provincial Highway No. 23 is a highway in southern Alberta, Canada, east of Highway 2.It begins at Highway 2 east of the Town of High River and proceeds 17 km east (skirting Frank Lake to the north) where Highway 799 branches off it to the north (just south of the Hamlet of Blackie). It continues east another 9 km where Highway 804 branches off it to the south(just north of the Hamlet of Brant). It keeps going east 17 km where it meets the junction of Highway 24 and Highway 542.
