All Youth Channels, Inc. (AYC) is a cable TV and concert management company in the Philippines. The company has been co-owner of two cable channels (MTV Philippines, now defunct, Nickelodeon and New Vision 9) and operates an FM radio station (Radio High 105.9 (now Retro 105.9 DCG FM which was bought again back by Bright Star Broadcasting Network Corporation)).
