Alpha Protocol is an action role-playing stealth video game developed by Obsidian Entertainment, their first title for an original intellectual property, and published by Sega. The game revolves around the adventures of field agent Michael Thorton. The game was originally set to be released on October 27, 2009, but the release was pushed back to May 27 in Australia, May 28 in Europe and June 1, 2010 in North America.Upon release, it was met with mixed to positive reception.
