The Alstom Metropolis C751C together with the Alstom Metropolis C830C are the third generation of communication-based train control (CBTC) rolling stock to be used in Singapore’s Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) lines. 18 trainsets of 6 cars were manufactured by Shanghai Alstom Transport Co Ltd (joint venture of Alstom and Shanghai Electric), Deliveries began in July 2014 and is expected to continue through 2015.As of 1 October 2015, 1 set, 7055/7056, went into revenue service.
