Amuda or Amouda (Arabic: عامودا‎ 'Āmūdā, Kurdish: Amûdê‎) is a town in Rojava (but according to central government in Al Hasakah Governorate) in northeastern Syria close to the border with Turkey. Amuda has a mostly Kurdish population with also a significant Assyrian presence.
