Andrew Burt (born 23 May 1945 in Wakefield, West Yorkshire) is a retired English actor, who has appeared in many British TV drama series from the 1970s to the present day. He is perhaps best known as the original Jack Sugden in Emmerdale Farm, a role he played from 1972 to 1974 (with a brief return in 1976), before handing over the character to another actor, Clive Hornby.
