Antonio Alandy Ferrer, also known as "Ony" Ferrer, is the current mayor of General Trias, Cavite, and a former congressman of the newly created 6th district of the Province of Cavite – consisting of the municipalities of Tanza, General Trias and Amadeo, and the city of Trece Martires – in lieu of Republic Act No. 9727 (unofficially called The Cavite Congressional Reapportionment Act of 2009). He is the brother of 6th district representative and former municipal mayor Luis "Jon-Jon" Ferrer IV.
