Anwar Zaheer Jamali(Urdu: انور ظهير جمالى‎) is a judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan since 3 August 2009. He is also 24th and current Chief Justice of Pakistan. He was nominated as Chief Justice of Pakistan by Ministry of Law and appointed as such by President Mamnoon Hussain on 10 September 2015. He also served as Acting Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan from July 3, 2014 to December 4,2014, and as Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court from 27 August 2008 to 2 August 2009.
