Architect of Lies is the fifth album released by the band Mercenary, but the third through Century Media Records. This is the first album to include René "Renegade" Pedersen on bass and death growls who replaced founding member Henrik "Kral" Andersen who left the band in March 2006. This is also the last album to include vocalist Mikkel Sandager, keyboardist Morten Sandager, and drummer Mike Park. The album was released March 25, 2008.
