Arlene Howell (born October 25, 1939) was an American television actress who held the title of Miss USA of 1958. She was born in Delhi, Louisiana, the same town where actor Earl Holliman was born. In July 1958, Howell became the first of three Miss Louisiana USA titleholders to win the Miss USA crown when she won the Miss USA Pageant held in Long Beach, California, in July 1958.
