Australia Post provides postal services in Australia and its overseas territories. "Australia Post" is the trading name, Australian Postal Corporation (formerly the Australian Postal Commission) is the Australian Government-owned entity responsible for the services. In September 2015 the corporation announced its first loss in 30 years. The A$222 million loss was down from a $116 million profit the previous year.
