Balaustion is a monotypic genus of flowering plants in the myrtle family, Myrtaceae. The sole species is Balaustion pulcherrimum, commonly known as the native pomegranate, which is endemic to Western Australia.A former species, Balaustion microphyllum, is currently placed in the genus Cheyniana.
