Bhagyavantha (Kannada: ಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತ) is a 1981 Kannada drama film directed and written by B. S. Ranga. The film featured Jai Jagadish, Aarathi and Puneeth Rajkumar (Master Lohith) playing the pivotal roles. Veteran actor Rajkumar and Thoogudeepa Srinivas made brief appearances in the film. The film is a remake of Telugu film Maa Gopi (1954). The dialogues and lyrics were written by Chi. Udaya Shankar.The film featured original score and soundtrack composed by T. G. Lingappa.
