Billy Dale Gossage, known as Bill Gossage (born 1957), is an educational administrator from Ozark in Franklin County in northwestern Arkansas, who has been since 2013 a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives. His District 82 encompasses parts of Franklin, Crawford, and Madison counties.
