The Bio Products Laboratory (BPL) is a company involved in the manufacture of human blood plasma products, located in Elstree in the United Kingdom. It is owned by Bain Capital (80%) and the UK Government (20%) via holding company Plasma Resources UK Ltd. BPL is run as a commercial business and supplies plasma derived products to the National Health Service in the UK as well as to markets in 45 countries.
