Robert Harry Hassard (b. March 26, 1929 in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan and raised in Toronto, Ontario - d. December 30, 2010) was an NHL centre in the 1950s, and a long-time resident and coach in Stouffville, Ontario.Hassard is survived by his son Bill, a Leaf draft pick in 1974, and daughters Kim and Jacqui, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. His wife, Helen, died in 2009.
