Brad Rowe was (born May 15, 1970) in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Rowe is an American film and television actor who began his career in movies such as Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss (which launched the career of Sean Hayes) and the acclaimed 1999 TNT western film, Purgatory with Sam Shepard.A University of Wisconsin–Madison Economics graduate, Rowe worked as a finance manager for political campaigns in Washington, D.C.
