Brijesh Pathak, born on 25 June 1964 is an Indian politician from the Bahujan Samaj Party and a Member of Parliament representing the state of Uttar Pradesh in the upper house of Indian Parliament, known as Rajya Sabha.On 9 September 2015, he and other state BSP leaders argued with police over the murder of the leader of the Unnao BSP chapter, Aditya Lodhi, arguing that the police did not act fast enough to stop his murder despite a complaint.
