Brian Norton Baird (born March 7, 1956) is president of Antioch University Seattle and a longstanding American politician who was the United States Representative for Washington's 3rd congressional district from 1999 to 2011. He is a member of the Democratic Party. His district comprised the counties of Thurston, Lewis, Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, and Skamania.
