The station is owned by Rogers Media, a division of Rogers Communications (through its Rogers Broadcasting Limited division), as part of a triplestick (the only conventional television triplestick operated by the company) with Omni Television stations CFMT-DT (channel 47) and CJMT-DT (channel 40).
