Cabiate is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southeast of Como. As of 31 December 2011, it had a population of 7,412 and an area of 3.2 square kilometres (1.2 sq mi).Cabiate borders the following municipalities: Lentate sul Seveso, Mariano Comense, Meda, Seregno.
