Casey Patterson is an American television producer and executive based in New York. She currently serves as the Executive Vice-President of Event Production, Talent Development, and Studio Relations for Viacom Entertainment Group.Patterson is credited as the creator of The Comedy Awards, Guys Choice, The Scream Awards, and "Eddie Murphy: One Night Only" and was the co-creator of The Sharon Osbourne Show.
