Centro Lofts in an under construction loft condominium project in Downtown Miami, Florida. Construction began in December 2013. The project, which will have 352 units, is unique for being one of the few newer buildings in the downtown Miami area, along with The Loft and The Loft 2, to have no parking garage. Touting a location near Metromover, Metrorail, the Miami Trolley, and in the once again walkable downtown area, the project will also have an arrangement with Car2Go car sharing service.
