Charles Joseph "Charlie" Weis (born March 30, 1956) is an American football coach who most recently was the head coach for the Kansas Jayhawks. For five years, from 2005 through 2009, Weis was the head football coach for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He has also served as an offensive coordinator in the National Football League, for the New York Jets, New England Patriots, and Kansas City Chiefs.
