Charlotte DiLaurentis is a transgender fictional character in the ABC Family Pretty Little Liars television series adaption. She is portrayed by Vanessa Ray. Charlotte is introduced in the season three episode "Crazy" as CeCe Drake. CeCe is revealed to be "A," having stole the game away from Mona and is also revealed to be Red Coat, although later confirmed she was only Red Coat to lock Emily inside the Saw Mill.
