Christopher Beau Landon (born February 27, 1975) is an American screenwriter and film director best known as the writer of 2007 film Disturbia, the last three Paranormal Activity films and as the son of late actor Michael Landon. Landon wrote and made his first directorial debut on the satirical thriller Burning Palms, which was released in 2010. He recently wrote and directed the found footage horror film Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones.
