Chung Pui-lam, GBS, SBS, OBE, JP (born 11 October 1940, Hong Kong) was the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong and Sham Shui Po District Board. He became the Hong Kong government civil servant as his early career and later on studied law at the London University and University of Hong Kong. He set up the Chung & Kwan Solicitors law firm, after he left the legal department in the Hong Kong government in 1979.
