Ciro Davis Rodriguez (born December 9, 1946) is the former U.S. Representative for Texas's 23rd congressional district, serving from 2007 until 2011. The district stretches from El Paso in the west to San Antonio in the east, a distance of some 500 miles. He previously represented the neighboring Texas's 28th congressional district from 1997 to 2005, and was a member of the Texas House of Representatives from 1987 to 1997. He currently serves as a justice of the peace for Bexar County.
