Contradictions Collapse is the first album by Swedish metal band Meshuggah. The album was released on October 1, 1991, by Nuclear Blast. Contradictions Collapse was originally titled All This Because of Greed. The album leans more towards thrash metal than the band's later works, though it does contain many of the band's characteristic elements, such as jazz fusion inspired guitar solos and complex rhythms.
