Cry Macho is a drama-thriller film based on the 1975 novel of the same name by N. Richard Nash. Currently in pre-production, the film is being produced by Academy Award-winning producer Albert S. Ruddy and directed by Brad Furman. However, as a result of disruption in the personal life of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, plans to go on production in September 2011 have been put on hold.
