Cyd Ho Sau-lan (traditional Chinese: 何秀蘭; simplified Chinese: 何秀兰; pinyin: Hé Xiùlán) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco) for the Hong Kong Island constituency.She is a founding member of the Labour Party, since December 2011, and currently holds the position of vice-chairwoman. Previously, she was a founding member of The Frontier, another pro-democracy political group.
