David (Dave) Lopez is an American telecommunications executive who was the Oklahoma Secretary of Commerce under Governor of Oklahoma Mary Fallin. On January 27, 2011, Republican Governor of Oklahoma Mary Fallin named Lopez to serve as her Oklahoma Secretary of Commerce and Tourism. Lopez was appointed to serve in the dual role of both the Secretary of Commerce and Tourism as well as the Executive Director of the Department of Commerce.
